Controlla displays the message "We're sorry but Controlla doesn't work properly without JavaScript enabled. Please enable it to continue."

Controlla requires JavaScript to be enabled in order to function.  If you're seeing the message "We're sorry but Controlla doesn't work properly without JavaScript enabled. Please enable it to continue." then it means the browser you're using has had JavaScript rendering disabled.

The website www.enablejavascript.io maintains a list of current browsers and instructions on how to ensure that JavaScript is enabled in each of them.
