Controlla can store credit card details from your clients. Your client's credit cards can then be automatically billed for the contracts that you select.
Adding credit cards
Navigate to Billing > Credit Cards
After clicking "Add Credit Card" complete the fields to add the card in your Controlla account. You will be asked to complete the following:
- The actual credit card information (CC number, expiry date, and CSC number).
- Which client the card belongs to.
- A check box that confirms the client is happy that the card is used to take automatic payments.
